  • What are your business hours?

    Opening Hours for my shop at 2a Avebury Avenue, Tonbridge


    Monday 10am - 4pm


    Wednesday 10am - 4pm


    Alternate Friday & Saturday 10am - 5pm

  • Is there free parking available?

    Parking is always available, for free, right outside the facial studio. There are no parking restrictions and plenty of room. Just one of the many great conveniences of coming to Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being Tonbridge for your luxury organic facial treatment.


    Parkig at the shop in town will be via one of the many pay and display car parks or onstreet  pay and display on Avebury Avenue.

  • Do I have to book an appointment?

    Facial treatments are by appointment only. To ensure that you get the best possible service and plenty of time to indulge yourself without the need to rush, all treatments are strictly by appointment only. 


    Appointments can be made via any of the methods of contact listed, including text, call, whatsapp, facebook, instagram and email.

  • Can I add a review for products and treatments?

    You most certainly can - and I welcome all reviews. Reviews help improve my services and treatments and make my website come to life.


    You can add individual product reviews directly on the shop web site via the product tab above - just find the product that you wish to review and enter the details you want to add.


    Equally easy is the ability to add a review on google for anything related to Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being, including treatments, products.

    SImply go to the 'Kind Words' tab above, and click the 'Add a Review' tab - so easy and very much appreciated.

  • Are all of your skin care and makeup products organic?

    Yes. I have taken time to research and focus upon the very best organic products on the market. Some of these products are not available on the high street, and many are Certified Organic. 


    Products include Éminence Organic Skin Care and INIKA Organic and Lily Lolo Mineral Makeup and I am delighted to also use and offer the locally produced Pure Peace Soy Candles.

  • Can I follow you on social media?

    Yes. I am on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and I have a Youtube channel. Please click on the social media buttons to go to my page and follow/like/watch and subscribe.

  • Do you offer loyalty rewards?

    I certainly do. I have been running the Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being VIP rewards for many years and this remains ever popular with my clients, both new and those that have been coming to me for many years.

  • Do you send a newsletter?

    Yes - I send a Newsletter at least once a month, sometimes more than once a month if there is important news for my subscribers. 

    The newsletter allows subscribers to find out about the latest news, offers and treatment availability before any one else - sometimes weeks before! 

    It's free and easy to sign up. Click the subscribe to newsletter tab to get involved and keep an eye on your inbox.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Please see the refund and exchange policy on the shop home page.

    Customer satisfaction is so so important and will never be compromised. 


  • Do I have to create an account?

    You do not have to create an account. 

    However, there is the option to create an account within the online shop. This allows you quicker and easier access in the checkout and importantly helps you collect and SPEND those amazing VIP rewards that give you discounts as you save.

  • Do you support Blue Light Card Members?

    Absolutely.


    I am a keen supporter and advocate of the Blue Light Family and the BLC, having family members  and close friends within the Blue Light Services myself.


    If you are a BLC holder, simply go to the BLC website (the link can be found at the bottom of my website home page), click the link and search for Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being for full details and BLC benefits.

  • Can I buy Gift Vouchers from Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being?

    Yes.

    Gift vouchers are one of my most popular gifts. They are an excellent gift to give to someone special, for birthdays, Christmas, anniversary or just as an act of random kindness and love.

    The Karen Alexandra Beauty and Well-Being gift vouchers can be purchased for a specific amount to suit your budget or can be given in the form of a particular treatment.

    Gift vouchers can be browsed and purchased from the online store - via the 'Products' tab, but if you have any questions - please do not hesitate to get in touch where we can discuss your individual request.


    All gift vouchers are provided with free delivery.

  • Is there an appointment waiting list?

    Due to the popularity of my Organic Facial Treatments my appointment waiting list can often be 3 to 6 months.


    Many of my clients book 2 to 3 appointments in advance to secure their well deserved treatments and to avoid disappointment. 

    Therefore I would always recommend booking in advance.


    I do have an appointment cancellation list which is sent to all Newsletter subscribers on a monthly basis or on occasion if I see a gap in the appointment availability - I will send a flash alert out - but again these often get filled quite fast.


    If you are in any doubt, please get in touch and we can discuss your individual requests.

  • Are treatments offered to both ladies and gentlemen?


    My treatments are for female clients only and all visits are strictly by appointment.
